"This is a terrible time to be a homebuilder. This is the perfect time to be a homebuilder. Which of these statements is true? Paradoxically, both, if you ask these panelists. All of them are leading reinvention efforts, and whether they’re creating a brand new enterprise or resuscitating an existing one, they’re all tackling the very difficult—but very necessary—process of changing entrenched cultures, processes and paradigms. While there is no silver bullet solution to the challenges at hand, these leaders’ common thread is a willingness to take new paths to create meaningful differentiation, an unwillingness to simply wait for a rising tide, and the discipline to execute their plan."
