Thanks to Frank, Manish, Emily & Andre & all at Group F Builder's for open house of their 1 ST; home in Sunny So. California. I was amazed by 3 dimensional space usage & plan the space as needed basis. This is absolutely gorgeous looking house from oustside looking in to inside and from inside looking oustside using the + 20' high glass windows and special use of glass at the corner window. Very noticeable point was central utility core where every thing was easily accessible and maintained. Very artistically interior designed and rooms are divisible on as needed basis. I wish you all the best in building more homes in Sunny So. California.
