Cladding time....

We are getting our cladding up now. We started last week with some killer corrugated on the front of the house and this week, we will be getting most of the rest of the house clad, too....Not sure how much today, since we have that June drizzle kicking in a couple weeks early.

New details

Window details are coming together...and the ceiling is being painted. Things are rolling! We are hoping to start installing our exterior cladding in the next couple of days, so we will post as soon as that is up. Enjoy....

More refinements....

It is getting really exciting now as we are finishing more and more of the house, including the eave soffit, fascia, exterior elements and the last windows. We are also finishing our mezzanine space, which is turning out even better than we planned...take a peek!

As the building envelope is starting to get wrapped up (literally and figuratively), we are moving to interior finishes, which has been a nice change of scale.

Most of our windows are in, which, if you see these things, you will know it was a bear to get them installed....but the result is so cool. Feels like you are really inside and outside at the same time....

In the details

We are getting more and more of the structure wrapped up. We are getting ready to install all the electrical and mechanical, as well as drywall... whew!

Upstairs / Downstairs

 Now that the metal decking is all up, the spaces are taking shape inside the house. It is great to see how the verticality is playing out, too. Upstairs feels like a treehouse....
